HHS Poverty Guidelines for 2024
Clients eligible for HHS-funded services must have an annual income at or below 500% Modified Adjusted Gross Income of the Federal Poverty Limit (MAGI FPL), based on household size, as outlined below:

MAGI FPL income thresholds are current as of 2024. Amounts are updated on an annual basis in the spring, in response to federal guideline updates.
