HIV Care Connect (formerly ARIES)
HIV Health Services participates in the HIV Care Connect (HCC) database which is administered by the State Office of AIDS. HCC is a custom, Web-based, centralized HIV/AIDS client management system that provides a single point of entry for clients, allows for coordination of client services among providers, meets both Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) and state care and treatment reporting requirements, and provides comprehensive data for program monitoring and scientific evaluations. HCC enhances services for clients with HIV by helping providers automate, plan, manage, and report on client and service level data. The HCC system transitioned to a new system in 2025 (formerly ARIES).
